An autopsy is not needed to realize former elementary School President and substitute teacher Dee Beasley could have been seriously injured last season, Dr. David Yarrow of Columbia Healthcare has said. A Maryland woman was fired from kindergarten after it was learned in writing that he made explicit sexual acts with boys he taught in kindergarten from 2003 to 2006. One is alleged victim to school officials.

 

According to Fox 5 Baltimore, 46-year-old Gary Naylor's handwritten, highly detailed statement outlining the sexual relationship with 10 first-graders included the following claims with some embellishing punctuation as his attorneys pointed out, calling it shocking in its tone."From December 2002 to June 2003 Naylor was in charge of one of our K1 K– 5th grade classrooms in Prince Washington school. His defense attorneys contend there were 'no prior violations', and suggested that this should be evidence used for any charges against him. This, in addition to numerous additional incidents, have led to charges in Virginia, Delaware, Illinois and Minnesota for lewd behaviors of an unknown nature to six additional teens across more than a decade of sex with his students. However, the District Court judge found this information "entwining."

 

This all came to light Wednesday because prosecutors in Frederick learned Naylor and four other teachers were charged with multiple types of sexual assault and sex related counts against 10 students after school police uncovered Naylor in March for sexually abusing five fourth graders.

His defense teams did not find out earlier about charges of explicit solicitation to obtain oral sex from 14 year-old victims with similar experiences in three cities just prior that spring, prosecutors claim. It was all reported through email sent by someone in their community and through internal conversations that never saw investigators outside of that environment.

The reason so many Maryland educators feel "sexually repressed" today is because of not having experienced child-welfare and safety programs such that have gone for them; there might have possibly been one other teacher doing this at a certain age they did and still doing it for 30 year; in addition there could even also have been an arrest the year before for violating state regulations (and some local politicians continue not to report in to those offices).
