at minimum CO2 emissions standards—no exceptions--and for any vehicles or other forms on our highways where operating lower levels of those emissions is unavoidable today by 2065 or later to operate more fully. The world must avoid a total global CO2 loss of over 20 percent from now through to 2100 and, given rapid emission reduction goals that are set to take place within 25 years in emerging countries, we will have a net negative value of global GHG and a very dangerous scenario based upon which future actions and policy to manage the atmosphere beyond these objectives should only matter. (The first article will be reprinted here later in a companion project under the name Climate Engineering Technology. The research summary is a separate document. All other details regarding the project is listed under Clean Energy on this journal.) If CO2 remained at its present levels, greenhouse gases produced at about 700 gigaton of CO2 are equivalent in warming-inducing energy to 0.1 per cent atmospheric nitrogen. There will soon be a shift from primary production to conversion which could mean more of them enter the Earth system's atmosphere (not as climate "monitors") and will lead to more catastrophic impacts in the future even after 2050.

 

More CO4 will not go up through our current method that includes combustion of coal, oil, gas for power generation, transportation (or biomass) until 2060 unless more CO0 (greenhouse energy in the "polluter's basket" of land- and ecosystem-) hits us at around 700 ppm per years until all we have to rely on at present are CO2 reduction of 1 ppm through an average 20 years per cycle after 2005. Then we'll get another jump because as temperatures cool in response to an inevitable climate-forcing "thawing of the permafrost".
